Marketplace
Tickets PV lists events run by independent venues and organizers in Puerto Vallarta. Event details, dates, prices and availability are provided by them and may change. The organizer is responsible for the event itself.
Buying tickets and payments
Depending on the event you can pay a reservation deposit or, when the venue allows it, the full amount online. Prices are shown in the currency of the organizer. A service fee is added to online payments. The details, including changes and cancellations, are in our Reservation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details so we can send your confirmation.
- Follow the venue rules, including age limits, dress code and minimum consumption where they apply.
- Do not resell tickets or reservations for profit, or use the site for fraud or abuse.
Changes and cancellations by the venue
All sales are final and Tickets PV does not offer refunds. If the venue cancels or reschedules an event, your booking is handled as described in the Reservation Policy.
Organizers
Venues and promoters who list events with us agree on the commercial terms with Tickets PV separately, including how and when their share of each sale is settled.
