Tickets PV offers two ways to pay, depending on what each venue allows. The option available for your event is shown at checkout.
1. Pre-reservation (deposit)
You pay a deposit online to secure your spot at the event. The deposit amount depends on the venue and is shown before you pay, together with the service fee. The remaining balance of your ticket is paid in cash at the venue.
2. Full payment
When the venue allows it, you can pay 100% of the ticket price online, plus the service fee. There is nothing left to pay at the door. Some venues require the full amount at checkout; when that is the case it is stated before you pay.
Who is responsible for what
- The ticket price, the event and every venue policy (age limits, dress code, minimum consumption, seating, schedules, changes and cancellations) belong to and are set by each venue.
- The service fee is what Tickets PV charges for its online booking service. It is not part of the ticket price and Tickets PV is not responsible for the venue's prices or policies.
- Please read the policies shown on each event page before you book; by paying you accept them.
Service fee
A service fee is added to every online payment. It covers payment processing and the operation of Tickets PV.
Events with dates to be announced
For shows without a confirmed date, the deposit reserves your place. We will email you as soon as the date is announced so you can claim your date. The balance is paid in cash once your date is confirmed.
Changes and cancellations
- All sales are final: Tickets PV does not offer refunds, for tickets or for deposits.
- At The Palm Cabaret and Coco Cabaret, if you can't attend, write to us at least 48 hours before the event and we can move your booking to another date or to another show at the same venue, subject to availability. Requests made less than 48 hours before the event cannot be changed.
- At other venues, bookings cannot be changed once paid, unless the venue itself allows it.
- If the venue cancels or reschedules a show, your booking is valid for the new date or for another show at that venue; if neither works for you, we will coordinate with the venue to find a solution.
- The service fee is not refundable or transferable.
- Some venues set stricter rules of their own (for example, no changes at all); when they do, the rule is shown on the event page and it applies.
Arriving at the venue
Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Your reservation may be released if you arrive late without notice, and venue rules such as minimum consumption apply. See each event page for its specific policies.
