Tickets PV ("we", "us") is a ticket marketplace for shows and experiences in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order data: your name, email address, the event, ticket type, quantity and payment option you choose.
- Organizer inquiries: if you fill in our "sell your tickets" form, the contact details and event information you send us.
- Technical data: pages visited, device type, browser, language and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not store your card number. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, on its own secure page.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address and the language of the site to send you the next shows and venues in Puerto Vallarta. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
Sharing shows by email
If you share a show or your list by email, we send the message on your behalf from Tickets PV and your email is set as the reply address. We do not store your friends' email addresses. Your own email is added to our newsletter only if you leave the checkbox marked, and you can unsubscribe with one click.
How we use it
- To process your order, send your confirmation and let the venue know who is coming.
- To answer your questions and provide support, including changes to your booking under our Reservation Policy.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
- To measure and improve the site and, only if you accept cookies, to measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
- The venue or organizer of the event you buy from, so they can honor your ticket or reservation.
- Service providers that help us run the site: payment processing (Stripe), hosting, email delivery and analytics.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order data as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet tax and accounting obligations. Organizer inquiries are kept while we are in contact with you.
AI disclosure
Parts of this site, including some event descriptions and translations, may be generated or assisted by AI and reviewed by our team.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within a reasonable time.
